Each of the ten 50-minute episodes discusses how the huge variety of birds in the world deal with a different aspect of their day-to-day existence.

Big Brother's Bit on the Side is Channel 5's Big Brother and Celebrity Big Brother spin-off. It is a mixture of the features in Channel 4 spin-off show's Big Brother's Little Brother and Big Brother's Big Mouth and up to early 2013, aired seven nights a week after the main highlights show. During this time it would air either on Channel 5 (typically Mon-Fri) or 5* (Sat-Sun). The show is currently presented by Rylan Clark and Emma Willis. Evicted housemates are interviewed on the show, whilst older housemates are often brought into the show in regular features. Before Emma took over, ex-main show host Brian Dowling often appeared on the show as well. From the seventh series (Civilian series 14) new spin-off 'Big Brother's Bit on the Psych' replaced the Saturday night show. The Sunday night show no longer aired.

Duckman premiered on 5 March 1994 on the USA Network and aired on Saturday nights at 10:30 PM over 4 seasons and a total of 70 original episodes with the final show airing on 6 September 1997. This series was originally titled Duckman: Private Dick/Family Man, but was eventually shortened to just plain Duckman. It was a weekly animated cartoon about a Duck who was a Private Eye/Private Dick that investigated many different mysteries with his partner/side kick “Cornfed Pig”. Duckman was voiced by veteran actor Jason Alexander who is most well known for his role as “George Louis Costanza” on the situation comedy series Seinfeld for 9 seasons between 1990 and 1998. Cornfed was voiced by actor Gregg Berger who is a veteran at voicing many different characters since he began playing many different role voices in the weekly animated cartoon series The Jetsons in 1962. Duckman is an alcoholic, he is ignorant, he is always very rude and crude to everyone and he is a very sloppy Duck. He has not had a date in many years after the death of his beloved wife and has this job to help make enough money to pay his bills. Dana Hill, Dweezil Zappa, Elizabeth Daily, Nancy Travis and Pat Musick provided the other character voices on the show.
